Today, was a "rainbow veggie day" when I ate the following fruit and veg:
pumpkin oatmeal with a few slices of baked apple and a few raisins, beet/apple/ginger juice, sauerkraut, carrots with hummus, salad made with romaine, red/green cabbage and carrots and a few cranberries thrown in.
Pecans, walnuts , sunflower seeds too.
Thursday--more pumpkin , more apples, brussel sprouts and garlic.
at least that's the plan so far.
