Having 'one of those' kinds of weeks...the last two days have been yuck emotion- wise due to frustration over my husband's efforts or lack of efforts and open mindedness towards job hunting.
Feelings: angry, sad, anxious, hopeless, etc.
Yesterday was a chocolate and then throw the blanket over my head and cocoon kind of day--after work , that is.
Today, is the same as far as the quality of feelings. Buy the only thing I can do about it all is work, be quiet, take care of myself with healthy food choices and exercise habits.
still blaaahhh ..but not compounded by bad choices
