what can I say but YEAH!
Happy to be......alive, exercised, rested, hydrated , hungry, and about to go out for lunch.
I just Did a Zumba / Cardio/ Wt's workout at the gym followed by a a few yoga moves for stretch and cooldown ..90 minutes alltogether...Woo hoo.
endorphins are good. very good.
Now for a little shopping, a walk in the cold, watching Love Actually , again for the dozenth time, some phone calls, and wrapping up the few presents I need to wrap.
