Friday 5:23pm -- Work-done!...celebration dance for 2 minutes to the B52's "Own Private Idaho" song. must celebrate with a little dance every Friday ! YEAH!
Fri 6:45 pm--Saw the last 2/3 of the movie "The Red Baron". gorgeous men with accents and WW1 tri-planes. If any of that appeals to you , you will love it.
Friday evening a blur, but did watch "Spartacus" on tv. To bed at 11 pm.
Saturday 8:50--completed 12 minute body sculpt video on Exercise Tv on Comcast Cable. Why don't I do more of these videos?
Sat 11:00 am --Go to old Gym for flow class, Yoga teacher subs and it's a hard Yoga class. Fell on my butt. Couldn't do some moves. Just laughed at the teacher a couple of times with the person next to me who also landed on her butt.
Sat 12:00 pm-- end Yoga. sore, energized. sweating.
Sat 12:30 pm -- picnic in my car listening to the coffee house radio station at a park waiting on a friend -eating a half Wendy's cobb salad and a tangerine.
1 hr 10 minute walk around the park--
Sat 2:20 pm-- Joined the new gym that has a pool yet is almost $20 less a month than the old gym . Cha ching!
Sat 3 pm ish--Bypass the Girl Scout cookie sellers yelling at customers at the entry at Michaels-fun Easter / springish decorations but out the door with no purchase. I'm looking for butterfly wings??
Sat 4 pm ish --Bypass the Girl Scout cookie sellers holding signs on the street corner.
Sat 6:00 pm-- Bypass the Girl Scout cookie sellers outside Walmart. Wrap up shopping at Walmart. Legs are so sore from the exercises of the day that I'm having difficulty lifting my leg to get it in the car.
Sat 7:12 pm --the pain from the long walk and the Yoga hits and I'm lying in bed with ice packs, Tylenol extra strength and a magazine. Shooting pains from my knee through my foot.
Sat 11:38 pm to 1:02 am Sunday-- watched the movie "The Pianist" --haunting
Sunday 9:04 am- Legs are sore. Waffles made with oatmeal and applesauce and just a little Aunt Jemima pancake mix and water. Sugar free syurp and turkey bacon.
Sun 10:20 am--epsom salt soak for body. one big ache. will be late-ish for church.
Sun 12:22 pm-- After church, Aztec hot cocoa and blueberry scone split 3 ways at coffee shop with friends.
Sunday 12 pm ish--Then off to the Farmer's market with the gang to see fruits and veggies and items that we'd never even heard of before. Then, to buy fresh / cheap fruit and veg and a homemade lazagna and a couple of baked goods. Baked goods-brought
it home and promptly froze 2/3 of it in little packages to dole it out over time. I can rationalize buying a 6 pack of small walnut rasin muffins if I freeze 4 and cut up 2 muffins to eat with breakfast or coffee over the next several days. Slow going Pj or no treats for you next time . However, There are roasted veggies and soup in my immediate eating future
Sunday 3 pm-ish--Bypass the Girl Scout cookie sellers yelling at customers at the front door of Krogers. Found Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla Coffee on sale $2 off.
More frozen veggies I plan to add to the soup I'll make this week.
Sunday 3 pm-ish
Lunch at Chipotle--shared chips. Brought home leftovers.
Sunday 5:18 pm--Tiff with hubby, I was distracted and didn't hear every word he said. Argghhh...I'm ADD.
Sunday 6:07--watching the E red carpet for the Oscars. But getting up to take the dogs for a walk.
Sun 6:20 pm--tripped and fell outside on the concrete to keep from landing on dog. landed right on my knuckles first and then over on myside. Road rash, blood, ouchies. Ow! back home with blood dripping down my fingers.
Sunday 10:15pm -- The Academy Awards are recording. Just watched the Walking Dead and then to bed.
Battered but not broken, completeley.

I finished watching the Oscars this morning but Walking Dead is still on the recorder:)

ReplyDeleteI overdid it a week ago at the gym: eliptical and then treadmill -- my feet ached for days. I'm taking it slower now. Shouldn't the hurt be a good hurt/good tired and not all-out painful?
